1. Who are we?
We are a company based in the area of Rimini, we boast over 40 years of experience in the building sector, in interior and exterior design and in the supply of furniture of any kind.
Since 2014 we have opened up to the online market with daily shipments all over Italy and Europe.

2.How can I contact Piastrelle Supermarket’s customer service?
You will find our e-mail address and telephone number in the contact section in case you need to reach out one of our experts.

3. By using which unit of measurement are the materials sold?
The unit of measurement depends on the single product. There are some collections sold "per piece", others per "square meter (sqm)" or "linear meter". For some products (e.g. tiles) you will find the unit of measurement "per box".
The units of measurement are specifically indicated in the product sheet so we suggest to pay attention when selecting the product quantity.

4. Is it possible to request samples of the tiles I intend to purchase?
Definitely, it is possible to obtain a sample by selecting the option at the bottom of the product sheet, where indicated. We suggest to contact our expert via email/whatsApp/telephone to get advice on the sample that best suits your needs.

5. How to order the chosen tiles?
To place an order, register on our website, add the chosen items to the cart and fill in all the required fields carefully.
The transport costs can be viewed in the cart along with the order details (they depend on the quantity and the area the goods are shipped to).

6. How to make the payment and what are the payment methods?
Our website accepts payments via bank transfer, credit card and Paypal.

7. What risks do I run making a payment by credit card?
The risks are practically zero!
Credit card details (no. and expiration date) do not pass through our website but are sent directly in encrypted form to the Secure Server (SSL) of the bank circuit.
When you enter the data you will see a small padlock at the bottom of the browser window that shows that the website is encrypted, which means it is protected.
The server will verify the credit card number automatically protecting it from any human eye.


8. What should I do once the order is delivered?
When the courier will deliver the goods it is important to write down your signature and specify ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO INSPECTION (to be totally protected from possible visible or hidden damages).
In practical terms you have to write on the courier's bulletin "withdrawal subject to control" and place your handwritten signature right under it.

9. Does your company ship internationally?
Of course, every item you will find on our online store can be shipped abroad.
We rely on couriers dedicated to the transport of fragile and bulky goods, we can deliver in any country of the European Union in about 5 working days.

10. How long should I have to wait to receive the material?
All items available for immediate delivery are shipped within 48 hours after receiving the order.
With regard to unavailable materials, an estimated delivery time will be indicated within each item.

11. The courier has delivered a broken item, what should I do?
No problem, just send us an email indicating the order number and attaching photos of the packaging and damaged material.
We will ship you the replacement material as soon as possible.
The customer, upon receipt of the goods, is always requested to write on the bill "We accept subject to control".

12. What is the right to inspect the goods?
The right to inspect the goods is the possibility that the recipient of a shipment has to contest the damage of the goods he has received.
In order to exercise the right to reserve control, the consignee must affix on the courier's bulletin (even if the package is apparently in perfect condition) the inscription "withdrawal with reservation of control" and immediately under the handwritten signature.

13. How can I make use of the Product Warranty?
All products purchased on PiastrelleSupermarket have the official manufacturer's warranty.
To enforce the warranty you must keep the transport document that is delivered with the package and contact the service center of the specific manufacturer; you can then take advantage of the free replacement or repair.

14. I would like to make a multiple purchase but I do not know how much the shipping costs are.
To see the total shipping costs you have to add all the items to the cart and then carry on with the purchase where you will be shown, before confirming the order, the shipping costs (click on "calculate shipping costs").


15. Deductions and reduced VAT
If you are entitled to benefit from the 50% tax deduction, ask for the advance invoice in the "order notes" at checkout and select the type of payment "bank transfer"; the advance invoice will be sent to you as soon as possible.
After receiving the advance invoice you will have to send a bank transfer by entering the invoice number and our header including your VAT no. Ask your consultant if you fall into this category.

16.Is VAT included in the featured price?
Definitely, all the prices we feature on our website include VAT.
